Alpha-Amylase Enzyme (Liquid) is widely used in the textile industry for desizing, a process that removes starch-based sizing agents from fabric after weaving. This enzyme hydrolyzes starch into soluble dextrins and sugars, making it easier to wash out without damaging the fibers.
